Weapons of Indonesia

Try not to drool everywhere

I have been working on some contacts for Silat weapons I have in Indonesia for several months now, trying to get a trade route established. We are about ready to start showcasing different weapons for sale, and I wanted to give everybody a small glance at some of the things I'll be selling next month. We are specializing in Goloks and kerambits, but I can personally vouch that ALL weapons are of high quality. Depending on how things go, I'll be accepting orders for special request weapons as well.

Having seen the first of the kerambits that Bobbe has obtained, I will vouch for their quality. Good steel, good craftsmanship, and, I suspect, worth waay more than what they'll cost.

Put me down for a golok, that itty-bitty kerambit, and, I've already got a great sewar, but, uh, um, oh, I'll just have to see -- you can't have too many knives ...

Doc Dority!!! Thanks for stopping by! Yes, they make trainers for almost everything I have shown, and I haven't even gotten half of the stuff up yet!

I'll be sending out an e-catalog this weekend, and it will have prices and lists included. They make trainer kerambits, how cool is that?

I hope all is well with you guys in Texas. Give Kelly and Leslie my best.

You're lucky you only drooled, Mushtaq. And there I was at the wifi cafe when I saw them.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is the double bladed kerambit (is that right?) in the middle of the second photo, called?

Reminds me of a story I read back in my teens about a sailor that used a knife described like that one. Was in one of those WW2 combat comic books that were popular in the '70s.

Always stayed with me for some reason.
