Tiel crosses the finish line

So Tiel Ansari has accomplished the 4th task in Robert A. Heinlein's Rules for Writing: She has finished and published what she wrote.

If you are unfamiliar with Tiel and her poetic abilities, get to know her at the "Knocking From Inside" link in my sidebar. To call her an amazing poet is an understatement; although she writes from a religious base her words build an easy bridge between races, cultures and beliefs. Tiel speaks from her heart, and there is something here for everyone. I have always been a fan of hers and have longed for a book of her poetry to hit the market.

Tiel and her husband Todd are close friends of mine, as well as fellow Silat players. (Todd and I also share an occasional glass of Belgian gutrot whilst pondering some classical Klingon opera...B'hatack naag El'Path Mo'ock-Q'ua is one of our favorites)

You can buy and review the book HERE. I can, without reservation, recommend it. Treat yourself to some insightful, humorous, and often moving poetry and prose free of the pomposity and social blinders that plague the artistic world. It isn't chicken soup for the soul. It's the whole damn smorgasboard, complete with dessert.
